    I can engrave almost anything glass, metal, or plastic. Common items for engraving include:

    • Tumblers, Flasks

    • Fragrance Bottles

    Many engravings can be enhanced with gold or silver filling.

  • Hourly Rate: $160/hour with a three hour minimum. Rate includes time for setup and breakdown (approximately 30 minutes before and after the event). Additional fees may apply depending on pre-event planning, travel, and add-ons such as support staff.

  • Set up for live engraving/calligraphy is streamlined and efficient. I arrive early and it takes approximately 20-30 minutes to setup depending on the venue layout and event size. I typically require:

    • One table and chair

    • Optional: A table or display space for items

    • Recommended: a second table for completed items to be picked up by guests

    My work is done by hand. I use compact, rechargeable equipment. This allows me to engrave or letter almost anywhere! Because my tools are cordless, I often do not require access to an outlet, making the setup ideal for a wide variety of indoor and outdoor venues.

    Please note for live foiling events, I may need access to an outlet.

  • Engraving: 15-25 items per hour depending on the material/surface and complexity.

    Calligraphy: (pen and ink or brush pen) 30+ items per hour

    Factors to take into consideration:

    • Text - initials are faster than a single name or word; a phrase will take extra time

    • Guests: If the event has a high volume of requests and no event staff to manage such requests, this also limits the amount of items I can complete during the allotted time as I will need to respond to all requests.

    An Artist Support Staff member can be added to your event package. This is highly recommended for larger events with higher volume. Let’s discuss!

  • This will depend on your guest count and timeframe of the event. Together we can determine just how many artists you will need.

    Based on a 3 hour event:

    • Up to 75 guests: 1 artist

    • 75-150 guests: 1 artist + artist support staff

    • 150+ guests: 2 artists or more

  • Both! I offer in-studio engraving and calligraphy for bulk orders or pre-event gifts. I also offer on-site engraving and calligraphy for real-time personalization, which your guests find beautifully enchanting.

    Please note that there is a rush fee for custom projects that are needed within two weeks of ordering.

  • Yes! While I am based in and serve the Washington, DC metro area, I am available to travel throughout the U.S. or internationally. Travel fees apply and are quoted based on event details.

  • Of course! I can work each full day of the event or work designated hours across the multi-day event. Whatever you think will be best for the event and your guests!
